NVM taxatie tarieven

Voor een officieel en overal erkend NVM taxatierapport rekenen wij aantrekkelijk 'all in' tarieven. Het tarief is inclusief B.T.W. en administratie- en kadastrale kosten.

Hieronder kunt u zien hoe deze tarieven zijn opgebouwd:

Voor alle woningen in postcodegebied 5500 t/m 5799:
Voor woningen die NHG en/of NWWI nodig hebben is er een kleine opslag van toepassing:

• De opslag voor NWWI is € 63,03 exclusief 19% BTW (= € 75,- all-in)
• De opslag voor NHG is € 63,03 exclusief 19% BTW (= € 75,- all-in) 
  

Standaard taxatie: € 225 euro incl. BTW (= € 189,08 excl. BTW), géén extra kosten

NWWI taxatie: € 300 euro incl. BTW.

NHG taxatie: € 300 euro incl. BTW.
